Annual Dues

Silverwood HOA annual dues are mandatory and due in full by March 1 of every year. Our by-laws do allow us to add interest to dues that are late and to file liens on properties for unpaid dues. Our dues are extremely important. We are a relatively small neighborhood but have two entrances to maintain, one with a guardhouse. We have the pool and pool house to maintain, and we also are responsible for the retention pond and surrounding fence located west of our neighborhood. This was worked out between the city and the neighborhood developers before construction began.
