On behalf of the Silverwood Homeowners Association Board of Directors, we want to take a moment to personally
update you on an important change coming to our community. After careful consideration, the Board has made the
decision to transition our professional management services to a new company, effective October 1, 2026. We want to
assure you that this change is being made with the best interests of our community and every homeowner in mind.
Beginning October 1, 2026, Silverwood will be managed by W&M Consulting LLC, a locally based management
company serving our area. The Board has full confidence in W&M Consulting’s ability to deliver the attentive,
responsive service that Silverwood homeowners deserve. We look forward to a smooth and positive transition.
We want to be clear: your day-to-day community experience will not change. Lawn maintenance, compliance reviews,
common area upkeep, and all other services will continue without interruption. Your HOA assessments remain the
same, and the Board of Directors remains in place as always — we are simply changing the management team
supporting our community operations.

Owner Portal: You will receive an AppFolio Homeowner Portal activation email
Paying Your HOA Assessment — New Portal Beginning October 1
W&;M Consulting uses AppFolio, a modern, easy-to-use homeowner portal for assessment payments, architectural
requests, and community documents. Beginning October 1, please submit your HOA dues through the AppFolio portal
rather than through any prior payment method.
You will receive a separate welcome email from W&M Consulting with your personal portal login instructions on
October 1. If you currently pay by check, please make checks payable to Silverwood Homeowners Association and
mail to the W&M Consulting address above. If you have any questions about the transition of your payment method,
please contact W&M Consulting directly at 918-928-9917 or admin@wandmconsulting.com.
What You Don’t Need to Do
You do not need to take any action at this time. Your assessment amounts are not changing, and there is nothing to
sign or submit. W&M Consulting will send an AppFolio Homeowner Portal activation email ahead of the October 1
start date. The Board will also keep you updated as the transition progresses.
